150/CT-180 automatic cartoning machine (horizontal intermittent)

The ZHJ-150/CT-180 automatic cartoning machine is suitable for intermittent cartoning of medicine plates, hoses, ampoules, and similar items. The maximum speed can reach 130 boxes/min. The carton machine can adapt to a wide range of box sizes and change varieties easily, with simple adjustments. The machine can automatically complete the folding of the manual, the opening of the carton, the boxing of the plate, the printing of the batch number, and the sealing. The cartoner machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and PLC control with a man-machine interface. Photoelectric devices monitor the movement of each part, and if there is any abnormality, the system can automatically stop and display the cause of the fault, making it easy to troubleshoot in time. The cartoning machine can be used alone or connected with blister packaging machines and other equipment to form a packaging line. The unique rear design of the main drive makes it easy to maintain the power system.
