Technical Features: This automatic cartoning machine is suitable for high-speed packaging of items such as medicine tablets and bottles, with a maximum speed of 500 boxes per minute. The carton machine is an electromechanical integrated product developed using advanced technology, consisting of a feeder, manual folding of instruction manuals, box unfolding, insertion of manuals, batch number printing on the cartons, sealing the medicine boxes, and outputting the finished products. It uses integrated automatic control combining mechanical, electrical, optical, and pneumatic systems to achieve automated production of pharmaceutical packaging.
The cartoner machine employs advanced detection methods in each operational step, automatically rejecting defective products to ensure a 100% pass rate of finished products. It minimizes human error and effectively prevents the degradation of product quality due to contamination during the packaging process, ensuring the entire pharmaceutical packaging process complies with GMP requirements. This significantly reduces production costs and labor intensity. The fully servo model uses 12 sets of power servos and 6 sets of automatic adjustment servos, providing stable synchronous operation, easy variety changeover, and one-click size adjustments.
