The Auto Cartoning Machine is a back-end packaging machine, an automated equipment that integrates machinery, electricity, gas and light. Cartoner is mainly used for products that need to be packaged in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals and daily necessities. They are also equipped with automatic folding instructions, box opening, boxing, sealing, date printing (production or expiration), labeling machine, and metal detector. , weight inspection machine and other integrated processes.
The cartoning process of the Auto Cartoning Machine can be divided into four steps: automatic unloading, carton opening and cartoning, and carton sealing. Each step has a corresponding photoelectric sensor probe to detect whether production is normal. If an abnormality occurs, the machine will be shut down in time, and the abnormal part will be prompted on the control panel to facilitate manual maintenance.

1. The main frame is made of high-strength steel plates welded together, with a reinforced frame made of multiple rectangular steel bars welded inside. 2. The feeding compartment component adopts an internationally advanced chain arrangement structure, with a long service life of chain plates and extremely convenient replacement. The chain track is made of highly wear-resistant engineering plastics, which greatly reduces the noise during chain operation and improves the overall performance of the equipment. | |
3. The material pushing adopts a forward type multi push hand structure, which makes the equipment’s operating end structure simple and easy to operate. There are a total of 12 pushing stations, which use a cyclic and gradual pushing process to avoid damaging the product during the pushing process. The push rod is equipped with a function of not pushing out materials, ensuring that the push rod does not do useless work and has a longer service life. | |
4. The box opening device adopts a continuous suction method with 2 sets of rotating suction heads, and the gas separation part adopts a precision rotary joint, which has good sealing, no air leakage, and convenient control. In terms of transmission, planetary gear transmission is adopted. When rotating as a whole, both sets of suction heads have self rotation, allowing for quick and accurate box retrieval. | |
5. The box moving component adopts a pure mechanical linkage mode, with good synchronization. All bevel gears are curved bevel gears with strong wear resistance, high transmission efficiency, and low noise. The chain track is made of highly wear-resistant engineering plastics, which greatly reduces the noise during chain operation and improves the overall performance of the equipment. | |
6. The pressure box component plays an upward positioning role in the paper box transportation process, and is equipped with a card box alarm function at the head. The lifting drive can be optionally equipped with servo, and the pressure box component equipped with servo drive can be adjusted for lifting and lowering on the touch screen. | |
7. The box closing and discharging component plays a role in closing the box cover and outputting the finished paper box, with pure mechanical linkage mode and good synchronization. Each adjustment part adopts screw adjustment and is equipped with a digital display, making operation convenient and fast. |
