The fully automatic high-speed cartoner machine is an intelligent, continuous automatic cartoning device, suitable for placing items such as blister packs, hoses, ampoules, and other products into boxes. The maximum speed can reach 370 boxes/min. It boasts high cartoning efficiency and excellent quality, making it a high-tech product with an electromechanical integration structure. This machine can automatically fold the manual, open the carton, insert the blister pack into the carton, emboss the batch number, and then automatically close or seal the carton. It adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, man-machine interface operation, PLC control, and photoelectric detectors to monitor and control each station. If the machine encounters a fault, it will automatically stop and display the error for timely resolution. This cartoner packaging machine can be used alone or linked with other machines to form a packaging line. Note: This automatic cartoning machine can also be equipped with a hot melt adhesive device for sealing boxes with hot melt glue.
