Automatic Bagging Device
The multi-track bag-setting track automatically transfers the bags to the bag input mechanism, while simultaneously pushing the bag into the collection trough.

Filling Area
The filling machine fills the bag with liquid through the suction nozzle, with the filling tube dropping into the nozzle to prevent liquid splashing. It uses a quantitative cylinder for filling, controlled by a servo motor, and is suitable for both high-viscosity and low-viscosity liquids, ensuring accurate dosing.

Locking Area
The cap selection method uses a vibrating hopper to send the cap to the lower cap track, where it is securely placed onto the nozzle. Then, the cap is locked by the cap locking device. The locking head is controlled by a servo motor, and the locking torque is adjustable.

Finished Product Bagging Area
After filling and locking, the bag will slide down to the discharging track.
