They can process gearboxes, clutch housings, engine cylinders, crankshafts, gearboxes, transmission gears, disc-shaped parts, pulleys, and other components.
CNC System: The CNC system can be equipped with FANUC, SIEMENS, HNC, and other CNC systems for precise motion control and process adjustment, improving production efficiency.
Servo Turret: The CNC vertical lathe can be equipped with a vertical 4/6-position or horizontal 8/10/12-position tool post. The tool holder’s internal structure uses a cam design.
Linear Guide Structure: Utilizing a high-rigidity structure and precision linear guides, and through finite element calculations and optimized design, the size of the CNC vertical lathe has been reduced while its rigidity has been improved.
Spindle: The CNC vertical lathe employs a high-speed, high-precision, and high-rigidity modular assembly structure. The spindle bearings use NN series bearings to ensure the rigidity and strength of the spindle unit.
