Product Description

Workers place 1000-1500 pre-made bags into the bag material bin at a time. After starting the equipment, it automatically dispenses the bags and transports them one by one to the gripping mechanism on the large plate of the bag feeding machine. There are a total of 8 large plates. The gripper has eight stations: bag filling station, pre-coding station, bag opening station, material feeding station, oil/water filling station, primary sealing station, secondary sealing output/vacuum conveying station, and empty bag recycling station. The vacuum section has 10 stations, involving bag conveying, transfer, capping and vacuuming, heat sealing, cooling and vacuum unloading, and capping output. The retrieved bags undergo opening, material feeding, water filling, transfer, emptying, sealing, and output in sequence.
