Product Description

Rotational molding machines are used to produce PVC/vinyl/plaster-solid toys, such as squeeze animals, jumping animals, fish bait, Barbie dolls, PVC balls, and anything made of PVC with a hollow interior. It can produce both soft and hard materials and can be customized. The loading plate is heated and rotated to homogenize the material, forming the final product.

1. Rotational molding machine sizes: 24-inch, 28-inch, 32-inch (36-inch optional), OEM/ODM available, standard or customized.

2. Rotational molding machine types: Gas heating, diesel heating, and electric heating are available.

3. Semi-automatic and manual rotational molding machines: Pneumatic operation for opening the door and raising/lowering the cooling tank.

In contrast, these parts are manual.

4. Adjustable timer and temperature according to the product’s hardness and thickness requirements.

5. The spindle is gear-driven, allowing A/B mold plates to be placed inside and C mold plate outside, awaiting mold change. High output for A/B/C shafts.

6. Cooling system for mold support, consisting of a stainless steel water tank, is immersable in water.
