Product Description
Bag-feeding packaging machines replace manual packaging, automating packaging for both large and small enterprises. The entire packaging process requires no manual operation, effectively improving production efficiency, saving labor and management costs, and significantly reducing overall costs.
Workers place 1000-1500 bags (prefabricated bags) into the bag storage bin at a time and start the equipment normally. The equipment then automatically removes the bags and places them one by one onto the claws of the bag feeder’s large plate. There are a total of 8 large plates. The claws have eight stations: a bag filling station, a pre-coding station, a bag opening station, a feeding station, an oil/water filling station, a primary sealing station, a secondary sealing output/vacuum transfer station, and an empty bag recycling station. The vacuum section has 10 stations, involving bag transfer, transition, cap closing and evacuation, heating and sealing, cooling and unloading vacuum, and cap lifting and output. The removed bags complete the processes of opening, feeding, water injection, transfer, evacuation, sealing, and output in this sequence.
