Liuzhou ME’s FLD2500 is a floor-fed traditional Palletizer machine with an extremely compact footprint. This latest design is part of a new series of Palletizing machines introduced by Liuzhou ME, all of which can be equipped with fully integrated stretch wrappers to simultaneously perform “stacking and wrapping” of loads. The FLD2500 Palletizer machine uses a dual-lifter concept and an electric overhead push-off mechanism. The dual-lifter format, combined with a roller-type layer delaminator skirt, significantly reduces the footprint (by 40%) compared to other floor-level Palletizing machines with similar throughput.
This configuration allows for faster and more precise machine movements, thereby increasing throughput and making setup and programming easier.
