This is a multifunctional packaging machine that integrates the functions of filling machine, capping machine, and labeling machine.
The filling unit can use either a syringe pump or a peristaltic pump, ensuring high-precision filling.
The capping unit can use a rotatable cap or aluminum foil sealing.
Double labeling applicators are available for labeling the tube side (body or cap) and the tube top (cap top). The tube body can be labeled with fixed spot rotation, either fully or half-round. The tube cap top can be tamp labeled, stable and precise.
Flexible adjustment for different tube sizes by replacing the star wheel and jigs, making it quick and easy.
The label sensor enables real-time detection of label omission and label breakage.
Equipped with a color touch screen and PLC control system, the machine is easy to operate.
Standardized components for easy replacement and maintenance.
Optional equipment includes CCD inspection, defect rejecting systems, and various label printer devices (hot stamping, inkjet, thermal transfer, laser engraving), for printing data (e.g., serial numbers, barcode, QR code) sent from the customer’s database.
It can be operated independently or linked with a cartoning machine after the labeling unit.
